My website To create a website on the Wix platform, first of all, I entered the Wix in Google. When I went to the website I needed to register, so I quickly registered using my student Gmail and filled out all the necessary forms that were required of me. During the process of building the website I was asked a lot of information such as do you plan to use this website for business or for personal use.  My main goal was to create a website that represents my interests as a graphic designer. I picked a template that matched my vision (simple, minimalistic). Templates are like starting points that make it easier to create a website. On the website, you can choose any version of the color palette, any version of the layout on the site, any photo font, any font size, you can make completely different variations of the site to your taste. After I completed all the necessary operations with registration, I decided to create a template. On the website, you can choose a template that you like

 UK COPYRIGHT LAWS According to the main website of UK gov.uk there is no copyright register in the country. A person becoming an owner of something (song, poem, logo etc) from the time is has been created. It means that you automatically protected since the time you create a piece of intellectual property. To protect yourself more and stop other people using your work you can mark your work with © sign. Copyright protect your work from copying, making money from your work, using your work as performance (singing, dancing, playing etc) or putting your work into the internet.  You can copyright your work with © sign, put the year of making and name. The copyright lasts at least for 50 years after your death, and at least 25 years after your death for photography. However it could be different for other types of work. To summarise all above, if you want to protect your work you should take a responsibility and put a © signs, name, date on your work. But it doesn't affect your prot

My moodpboard consists of Ukrainian national symbolic, patterns and specific items A moodboard is a tool that helps the designer determine the general mood of the future project. The so-called vibe is formed using a set of photos, icons, pictures, fonts, colors, etc. With the help of a moodboard, the specialist forms an idea of the final result both for himself and for the customer. It is not necessary to use all elements of the set in the work. This is just a range of tools that you can potentially use.  Including Ukrainian elements, McDonalds marketing company - I created a moodboard.  Ukrainian herb, cuisine, national symbols vs McDonald Marketing company, identity.   3.   Target audience.  Every business has their own plan, marketing strategy and goal. All those categories can't be without knowing a target audience. It is very important to know your target audience to make a successful business. (Moss, C. (2023) For some people McDonalds is just a kids thing. But According to the statistics it's not really true. " The target market of McDonald’s is located globally and covers a broad age group, from kids to senior citizens. According to 2020 data, the  average customer  is a married woman, aged 41 to 56, who particularly enjoys the McDonald’s breakfast. Most of McDonald’s audience is lower to middle income families in both urban and rural areas. They are loyal customers, visiting a McDonald’s restaurant an average of 44 times a year."( Carmely, M .)   2.      The Graphic designers’ that inspire me I was thinking about any collaborations of other designers with McDonalds, and I decided to find them, to find interesting thought what could inspired me. This work "concept meal" created by rosy Visual.  The designer used patterns from Jeans company and put them into McDonalds meal. This is original idea, which makes JEANS company more popular over McDonalds. This really inspired me. I want to use Ukrainian national symbolic on the meal design.  Also McDonald have their own uniform. I will use Ukrainian patterns in this uniform also.   There are few examples of integration some companies with McDonalds: New Jeans x McDonalds  Penguin x McDonalds  Uno and McDonalds My favorite designer who inspired me - Leta Sobierajski. She had her own style, lots of colour, patterns, shapes. This all really bright and memorable.  When I hear her name I always imagine colourful and happy picture. I am gonna use my ideas (Ukrainian patterns) in

1. Design board for my project below: I gather all unique Ukrainian style culture and patterns together and want to make something original and memorable. Foe example Ukrainian national cloth - vyshyvanka - the most gentle and hand-made thing which takes you to feel your family, your history and makes you feel at home. Every family has a vysyvanka. "Traditionally,  vyshyvanka  is a hand-made blouse sewn of natural materials and embroidered with threads of various colours. Most often, the frontal part of the shirt and sleeves are embroidered. "Since Ukraine restored its independence in 1991,  vyshyvanka  became super popular again. If you wonder  how to wear a vyshyvanka , the answer is quite simple. Today Ukrainians rock it with jeans, shorts and trousers, skirts and costumes — and it looks nice with everything!  PROJECT SIGN OFF: MCDONALDS VS UKRAINE Project Aims and Objectives: For my major project, in graphic design, I will be looking at branding and will rebrand the McDonald's brand identity in a Ukrainian style. I will reach this goal through research into cross culture visual design. For this project I will create a brand  identity, logotype, 2-4 banners, uniform and slogan. I will be using software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This project will be completed by the beginning of December.
